Hello blog friends – my blog reader has hundreds of unread blog posts in it, my suitcases are not yet unpacked, and I’m beyond exhausted.

I hope to be back to blogging next week (or maybe this weekend if I’m feeling inspired) but the truth is, I am still trying to absorb this week — it was one helluva week!

I leave you with a pic of me in front of one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Annapolis.

Galway Bay is where my husband and I went on one of our first dates back in 2000, and frequented often over the years. It’s very much “our place” and a place we visit with friends and family alike.

In fact, we love it so much that after our wedding reception, we started the after-party there with all our friends — who’d come from around the world (literally!). 🙂
