What  a wonderful new year it was! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday, celebrating with family and friends.

We went snow-tubing and tobagganing with friends during the day, then to dinner and rang in the new year at a new casino, which was fun–but ridiculously smokey!

Still, it was definitely a fun time and now I feel re-invigorated for a new year, a fresh start.

I really loved this quote from journalist Ann Curry, who tweeted today:

“Breathe in the New Year. As you breathe out, let go of what you don’t need.”

We have family coming to visit today (the same family we visited in Chicago last weekend) but I wanted to wish you and yours a very happy new year!!

Oh–and I loved seeing January 1, 2010 on my BlackBerry — I think 2010 is going to be a wonderful year.
