What Do You Crave?

Happy Friday! In lieu of a wordy post, I leave you with an interesting article I found in Women’s Health this month about understanding food cravings. Check it out here. 

When you have a food craving, what do you crave? Sweet? Salty? Sweet and salty? Spicy?

For me, my cravings are usually in the form of dark chocolate (think dark choc. raisins, dark choc. mint patties)– and judging by what that says about me, as a person, it’s spot on!

I’m taking today off from work to spend with my husband and in-laws, but I’ll be back Monday! Have a safe, happy and healthy weekend.

  1. I wish they said what it meant when you crave WHITE chocolate – agggh, my weakness!! The Cookies N’Cream Hershey Bar? Forgeddaboutit. I wish I craved dark – so much better for you!
