Two Quickies

1) Had some EVOO on my English muffin pizza last night and am eating ground flax meal in my oatmeal this morning to add some healthy fat to my diet — will have some more EVOO today too (and had PB earlier this a.m.)
2) Slept through the night … no midnight eating.

  1. Thanks ladies!! I hope so, too!! I have had flax with breakfast and dinner will include some EVOO. And I had PB before breakfast so I’m making progress today. Just have to keep it in mind!!

    LOL Missy – sometimes all we need is a little reminder 🙂 And sorry about your oats this morning — sounds like you were able to have them anyway — hurrah!
